Advanced Practice Provider, Emergency Medicine

Explore an exciting opportunity with Wake Forest Emergency Providers as we eagerly welcome a skilled Physician Assistant or Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Emergency Medicine team at our Davie Medical Center Campus. Our providers are encouraged to work at the top of their license within this small community hospital ED.

What We Offer:

• CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $3,000 and 50 hours paid time off for Continuing Medical Education.
• Work/Life Balance: 10-hr. shifts; Minimum 130-hours per month (30 hours per week)
• Pay Structure: Experience-based tier compensation structure in place, opportunity to earn as you develop personally and professionally!
• Generous Benefit Time Off (BTO): ~150 hours per year accrued based on hours worked, to be used for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.

Where You'll Live: Our Davie Medical Center Campus is located in Bermuda Run, North Carolina - just a 15-minute drive from Winston Salem! Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Emergency Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Licensed, or eligible, Physician Assistant or Emergency Nurse Practitioner, in North Carolina.
  • Nurse Practitioners must be ENP certified or eligible to sit for boards within 6 months of starting employment.    
• Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. ATLS is required within a reasonable timeframe after starting employment.
