We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Reliability, Manufacturing to lead our reliability engineering efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment and processes, thereby improving overall plant efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll be doing:

-Reliability Strategy:** Develop and implement reliability strategies and programs to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

-Maintenance Planning:** Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment reliability.

-Root Cause Analysis:** Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

-Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.

-Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of reliability engineers and maintenance personnel.

-Compliance:** Ensure all reliability and maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

-Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and reliability metrics.

What you’ll bring:

-Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

-Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the dairy or food industry.

-Technical Skills:** Proficient in reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and RCA.

-Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

-Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

-Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Certifications:** Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
