JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!

The Dishwasher will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing support to the kitchen staff.  In addition to washing dishes and appliances, dishwashers will take on some janitorial duties such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning floor, restocking items in order to support the kitchen as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

• Maintain clean kitchen.
• Property wash and sort dishes.
• Prep food as needed.
• Maintain clean floors throughout the shift.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in the dining room and kitchen.
• Perform closing activities such as cleaning kitchen, mopping, and preparing station for the morning shift.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; bend, stretch and reach.
• High standards of integrity and reliability.
• Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!

• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.
• This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
