What will you take care of?

• Help shaping the future: you are responsible for setting up, defining, and implementing a new data analysis toolchain and respective workflows for the characterization and qualification of consumer MEMS sensors with a focus on pressure sensors
• Implement reliably: you work on sensor data analysis, using data for performance optimization, improving simulation models, and problem solving with a team of sensor experts.
• Holistic Thinking: You evaluate customer specifications regarding new data analysis aspects (e.g. for reporting) and toolchains. You closely align with internal and external partners and present results in the team and in review sessions
• Critical Thinking: You analyze data storage and analysis tools and structures, evaluate their possibilities and boundaries and develop concepts for an optimized procedure. You also define how to maintain older standards and how to pursue the transition to new concepts.  
• Experience international cooperationy: you are part of an international team of experts and project managers and together you create a new, project- (and product-) independent tool chain securing a powerful solution for future data analysis to optimize efficiency

Qualifiche

What distinguishes you?

• Education:  MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or analogue..
• Experience and know-how: A minimum of 3 years experience in the field of data analysis, ideally sensor data analysis (inertial, pressure sensor data). Significant expertise in statistical and signal processing methods and their application. Expert in Matlab, experience in Python, Tableau, Spotfire and other signal processing tools as well as big data management tools (e.g. APACHE Hadoop) very welcome.
• Languages: English minimum B2 level, German as a plus.
• Working Style: Highly structured, analytic, independent, focused and driven.
• Personality: Fast learner, especially for technical topics, extremely motivated with a sense of ownership. Strong customer focus, active decision driver, entrepreneurial attitude with a high motivation for consumer electronics business
