(BACB®) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to provide professional credentialing services for practitioners of behavior analysis services. Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements.
The annual salary for this position is: $72,500

Summary: This position works closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and serves as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing project scope, maintaining timelines, and ensuring quality across digital, print, and multimedia projects. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused, with strong problem-solving skills. They can adapt easily to changing priorities, embrace flexibility, and maintain a positive, clear, and collaborative communication style throughout each project.
Requirements
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, deliverables, milestones, and schedules, simultaneously to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded
- Oversee project schedules and workloads, proactively identifying barriers or delays and providing regular status updates
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and project outcomes
- Respond to service tickets and address customer service needs promptly and professionally
- Serves as the key point of contact and addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
- Conducts time analysis, estimating expected costs and time for the project
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
- Ensures quality control measures are enforced
- Determine project changes and develop project strategies
- Provide administrative support as needed and take on project tasks as required
- Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ability to report metrics and details to all stakeholders and executives
