As a Cashier at Blackstone Shooting Sports, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless checkout experience for our guests. Your primary focus is on speed of service, accuracy in transactions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will process purchases, assist with inquiries, and contribute to the overall guest experience by embodying Blackstone’s core values.

• Speed of Service:
• Provide quick and efficient checkout experiences, minimizing wait times.
• Handle multiple transactions accurately during peak times while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Guest Hospitality:

• Address customer questions about products, services, or promotions with clarity and a friendly attitude.
• Transaction Management:
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
• Operational Support:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional cashier station.
• Restock front-end supplies and ensure promotional materials are displayed properly.

Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
