Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Responsible for delivering technology solutions aligning with the organization's objectives. Provides direction to project, service, or solution teams for application development within the organization. Develops project plans, manages issues - risks, drives issue resolution, directs resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintains control overthe project(s). Monitors the progress of the team, which may include Allyemployee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress and provides the team with support and direction. Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendor resources and vendor management. Leads impact assessments for changes in related processes/systems (e.g. data sources, business processes, interfaces, etc.), and translates into execution plans. Interacts directly with business clients for purposes of gathering and conveying information.
