Financial Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.</li> <li>Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports to senior leadership.</li> </ul> <p>3. Team Leadership &amp; HR</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of operations and support staff.</li> <li>Conduct performance reviews, coach managers, and lead employee relations efforts.</li> </ul> <p>4. Compliance &amp; Safety</p> <ul> <li>Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and government regulations (DOT, IATA, customs).</li> <li>Lead safety programs, risk assessments, and annual audits.</li> </ul> <p>5.
