Supporting Still Categories (Coca-Cola and Still Flavors)

Location: Atlanta preferred, flexible

Overview:

You are part of the Corporate FP&A Service Delivery team of 32 Company associates and more specifically part of the team of 4 associates that focuses on the Corporate Marketing functions. This team delivers all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities related to Marketing Finance.

The Director, Corporate Marketing Finance will support the Still category teams (Coca-Cola and Still Flavors) in providing thought leadership and KO financial analytical support to Global Category President and category leads.  The qualified candidate is a professional with experience in financial analysis and determining financial impact and will be instrumental in driving Coca-Cola’s Still categories.  

The role will be networked with the Corporate Marketing Functions, the FP&A Process Transformation Team, the other Service Delivery teams, Genpact, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services.

What You Will Do For Us:

  • Provide financial and business insights on drivers of overall category KO financial performance provided by actuals, rolling estimate and annual business plan.

  • Provide financial business support related to various category team deliverables including quarterly Performance Deep Dives, white paper submissions for LRP and ABP, and other ad-hoc requests.    

  • You are part of the Corporate FP&A Service Delivery team and foster a strong collaboration with the relevant Corporate Functions, Genpact and the Ous.

  • Partner with category teams on centrally funded creation DME business plans, actuals, rolling estimates and prioritization sessions.  

  • Individual contributor role responsible for horizontal and tactical connections across process owners and key business stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance

  • 7-10 years of related work experience in business/financial management

  •  Demonstrated strong business acumen, financial competency, adaptability, and ability to effectively communicate and operate in ambiguous global situations

  • Virtual management across cultures and time zones

  • Exhibits leadership and growth behaviors and promotes an environment conducive to creative thinking innovation and rational risk taking.

  • Financial acumen including global currencies, management accounting, financial modeling, value chain and system economics, marketing principles, global standards (business data, financial accounts and policies, marketing metrics, etc.)
