Regional Safety Specialist

As a Regional Safety Specialist, you will assist plants to achieve short- and long-term initiatives and goals related to safety. This position can be based out of our Tipp City, OH location.

Every day as a Regional Safety Specialist, you will...

• Collaborate across Precision Strip to develop safety-related items that prevent and protect associates.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of safety regulations and procedures

• Coach, train, and assist plants in developing corrective actions and solving problems
• Investigate safety issues to identify root causes, and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
• Conduct compliance audits to recognize performance and identify areas of improvement
• Develop recommendations to strengthen our safety management system
• Support other projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience working in a safety-related position
• ASP/CSP Preferred
