Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager position is located in Buffalo Grove, IL. In this role you will:

• Manage and coordinates the distribution of materials for production. 
• Analyze material flow and determines optimum levels.
• Responsible for developing and coordinating the monitoring tools for inventory, receiving and shipping accuracy of YEA locations of finished goods and parts to be utilized by OPS Management staff.
• Responsible for enhancing and coordinating cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy as well as other sampling programs to ensure quality of receiving and order processing.
• Responsible for the integration of new or improved processes within Operations and assure compatibility and conformance to SAP, SAP WM, and ISO.

The successful candidate will be driven to learn and master motion control technology, and to apply practical engineering knowledge learned during study.

Requirements:

• Degree in Materials Management, Business, related field and/or equivalent related work experience.
• At least 4 years of management experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Change management skillset and expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including technical writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a team approach.
