The role:

You (as the Product Marketing Project Manager for Credit Card) will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of cross functional marketing campaigns focused on Credit Card growth and engagement. 

What you’ll do: 

You will work closely with the Credit Card Product Marketing at SoFi, responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that focus on both new customer acquisition and engagement of existing members. You will report into the Sr. Director of Credit Card Product Marketing and will partner closely with a cross functional team with the focus of launching error-free marketing campaigns across a variety of digital and targeted marketing channels. 

Your primary responsibility will be to shepherd marketing campaigns through the multiple phases of development and execution - from intent creation, to campaign launch, to measurement and analysis. You will create and manage timelines, holding marketing team members and partners accountable to their deliverables and deadlines. You will be responsible for securing approvals where needed from stakeholders and legal/compliance partners and escalating when necessary. 

As campaigns launch, you will be counted on to identify, elevate, and triage issues that arise. You will ensure that we are Putting our Member’s Interests First (a critical SoFi value) by addressing member feedback and recommending/implementing improvements as needed to our marketing processes.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of marketing project management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail to proactively identify risks and issues

Nice to have:

• At least 3 years of marketing project management experience in a financial services field
• At least 1 year of experience in a technology or fintech company 
• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Analysts
• Experience with creative production, brief writing, and compliance/legal interaction
• PMP, Lean/Agile or Six Sigma certification
