Lead Room Reservations Agent - The Cosmopolitan

THE JOB:

As a Lead Reservations Agent, you will ensure the team is ready to set the stage for the guest. By giving direction and providing assistance to our internal employees with questions and support, will allow you to create WOW moments and memories our guests will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist with call volume to achieve departmental goals including assisting agents, communicating with backup resources, and taking backup calls
• Communicate with guests, employees, and other departments in a positive, productive and efficient manner
• Support agents through mentoring/coaching in their daily tasks/responsibilities to optimize departmental operations and increase knowledge and performance
• Provide feedback to Customer Care Management in the development of staff in regard to accuracy, consistency and training
• Provide guest resolution for all issues/concerns beyond the scope of authority designated to Reservations Agents in an expedient and professional manner, exceeding expectations, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a timely manner
• Assist guests with booking needs for all reservation types

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• One (1) year related experience; such as customer services, call center
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
