Program Summary: 

As part of Lennar’s Future Builders Program, the Corporate Recent College Grad (RCG) positions are Full-Time, entry-level roles. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding.     

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and execute communications strategies that align with business objectives and company culture. 

  • Create high-quality content for internal and external channels, including intranets, newsletters, emails, executive communications, videos, and presentations. 

  • Support executive communications by drafting speeches, memos, and key messaging for leadership. 

  • Manage brand consistency across internal and external communication platforms. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance Associate engagement and reinforce a positive company culture. 

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, corporate functions, and division stakeholders to execute communication initiatives. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of implementation, ensuring timely execution. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on communications best practices and messaging. 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal events to enhance Associate engagement. 

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies through data analysis and reporting. 

  • Maintain and update the communications calendar to ensure alignment with company initiatives. 

  • Support crisis communications by working closely with the Director of Internal Communications to ensure timely and effective messaging. 

  • Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows 

  • Open to engagement in personal or professional development through learning opportunities (e.g., certifications, courses, professional networks) 

 

Requirements: 

  • Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University within a year (preferred) 

  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in human resources or similar degree (preferred)
