As our Activities Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our social programming! Your role will include:

• Planning and leading engaging group activities like bingo, crafts, music, and themed events
• Supporting residents in one-on-one interactions to boost morale and connection
• Collaborating with nursing and therapy teams to tailor activities to individual needs
• Helping decorate and energize the facility for holidays and special occasions
• Encouraging participation and creating a fun, inclusive environment for all

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is a plus

• CPR certification and TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)
