Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced physician currently practicing within the LVHN Urgent Care network who is interested in transitioning to a full-time Primary Care role at our Jefferson Alumni Hall location. This opportunity offers a dynamic and collaborative academic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse adult patient population
• Manage chronic and acute conditions with an emphasis on preventive health
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nursing, and administrative staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
• Participate in educational and teaching opportunities as appropriate

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current or eligible medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Proven experience in urgent care or primary care settings preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and teamwork
