WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Talent Development team is responsible for building, sustaining and measuring capacity across the organization by creating a culture of continuous learning. We design and deliver programs to elevate leadership, strengthen individual performance and help teams collaborate effectively. We are looking for a Talent Development generalist to join our team and provide support across a variety of learning and development initiatives while working cross-functionally to understand organizational needs and create solutions to drive business impact. Your role will also involve helping to design, assess, and facilitate training programs that support our organizational goals and improve employee performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Skill in developing and managing project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines
  • Comfortable and confident in knowledge and application of standard design tools - including deck builds, surveys and reports
  • Assist in the maintenance and refinements of Braze LMS ensuring proper functionality, user support and management of course catalog, enrollments and reporting
  • Basic skill in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods such as questionnaires interviews, focus groups, surveys, and assessments along with analysis to identify patterns and trends
  • Familiarity with data visualization methods - including principles, methods, and applications: texture and color mapping, data representation, graphs, and word clouds
  • Ability to adapt delivery methods and content based on the audience, training objectives, and feedback to maximize effectiveness and business impact
  • Serve as a representative of the Talent Development team while building relationships and forging partnerships with managers and leaders to help identify and meet learning and development needs. 
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback and address concerns related to training programs.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:

  • 3-5 yrs of professional experience
  • Familiarity in using learning management systems and other related software
  • Comfort with various learning methodologies and assessment strategies
  • Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Portfolio of work ideal but not required

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $81,000.00 - $90,000.00/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $90,000.00 - $100,000.00/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
