Salary:  $70,000 - $80,000 / year

Job Summary:

This role involves direct client interaction, performance analysis, and the management of on-site staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. The primary objective is to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Supports the preparation of business reviews 
•    Provides recommendations to improve programs and enhance customer value
•    Assists in operational set-up of new business locations
•    Expedites day-to-day service problems 
•    Build and sustain relationships with clients
•    Manages onsite service staff ensuring excellence in pantry operations
•    Provide HR Functions such hiring, disciplining, and coaching
•    Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Associate’s degree or higher
•    Minimum of 3 years of account management experience within a related industry
•    Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive business reviews to clients
•    Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus
•    Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
•    Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills
•    Experience in leading and managing teams
•    Familiarity with coffee equipment and understanding of basic functionality
•    Excellent problem-solving skills
•    Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
•    Ability to work effectively with a diverse team across all organizational levels
•    Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to shifting priorities
•    Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
