What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to residents, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.
• Educate residents and their families on techniques to enhance functional independence and ensure a safe environment at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Current California license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
