Solutions Data Analyst-Global Customer Experience -PMO
We are seeking an energetic Solutions Data Analyst to work with critical customer/industry data and to deliver market/regional benchmarks for Philips' Sleep & Respiratory Care Business. You will leverage your business acumen and problem-solving skills to execute strategies/plans that contribute to the wider organization and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Your role:
- Works collaboratively within the Global Customer Experience team to support Project/ Program Managers and Solutions Architects. Seeks out information about analytics industry from intelligence analyst communities and applies that knowledge to day-to-day activities.
- With direction and supervision, acts as specialist to assist development of the appropriate plans, tools and approaches to ensure successful implementation of reports, dashboards and scorecards. Presents data formally and informally and facilitate discussion regarding data outputs.
- Participates in multi-disciplinary teams using data to improve usage and operational workflow. Provides moderate analysis of operational reports as requested. Formats, runs, distributes, and interprets reports using the available tools.
- With direction and supervision, provides in depth “what if” analysis of data using available tools. Escalates to, and collaborates with, managers and senior solution analysts on issues and risks to identify solutions.
- Develops key performance indicators (KPI) data dashboard for use by consultants, solution architects technical account managers and/or customer success managers to track and trend customer performance.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2 + years of professional experience as a data analyst interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques to provide finite and ongoing reports
- Bachelor’s degree in in research, statistics, health administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- You bring Advanced MS Excel skills and a passion for process improvement; SQL querying skills are preferred
- A track record for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases · Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Ability to filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
