Quality Control Specialist

Reality Based Group is seeking a proactive and reliable Quality Control Specialist. In this entry-level, remote role, you will ensure our video products meet the highest quality standards for our clients. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Audit, score and review video content against specific guidelines.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and analyze data using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Contractor Support: Spot-check and provide feedback, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Communication: Respond to client review requests promptly. 
• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate scoring projects over the weekend, as needed.
• Collaboration: Assist the Quality Control Manager with coaching, answering questions via chat and email, and improving client surveys.
• Teamwork-Oriented: Work closely with your team to troubleshoot issues, share insights, and support one another to meet project goals. 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Excel or Sheets.
• Strong internet connection.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Weekend availability.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17.00/hour
• Full-time, hourly employee position
