PT Stock Associate - Pacific Palisades

<p><strong>ANINE BING</strong> is looking for part-time&nbsp;<strong>Stock Associate</strong> to join our Pacific Palisades retail team.</p> <p>This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Pacific Palisades store team, the Stock Associate brings both organizational focus and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. They’re collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special, together.</p> <p>This is an in-person, retail store-based position in Los Angeles, CA. The role reports to the Store Manager.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily stock room operations, ensuring organized storage, clear pathways, and accessible inventory for ease of fulfillment and safety.</li> <li>Receive and process all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accuracy and timely execution.</li> <li>Replenish the sales floor throughout the day and assist the sales team with customer service needs as required.</li> <li>Conduct weekly cycle counts and partner on bi-annual physical inventory, resolving discrepancies as needed.</li> <li>Lead online order fulfillment for the store and manage logistics and inventory transfers to the warehouse.</li> <li>Monitor and communicate low inventory levels of store supplies and shipping materials to management.</li> <li>Support store housekeeping, including opening and closing operational tasks alongside the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of relevant stock, inventory, or operations experience in a retail environment preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience using retail inventory systems and processes; familiarity with POS and order fulfillment platforms is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.</li> <li>Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts</li> <li>Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>
