Jim Shorkey Kia North Huntingdon is searching for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Parts Department! As a Parts Counter Person, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the parts they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Assist customers with locating and purchasing genuine Kia parts and accessories
• Utilize our parts software system to efficiently search inventory, locate parts, and place orders
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area for optimal efficiency
• Answer phone inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Process parts returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• A passion for the automotive industry (especially Kia!) is a plus
• Previous parts experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures, parts systems, and inventory
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate parts identification and order processing
• A valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Ability to pass a prescreen drug test and background test
• Must be 18 years old
