Mission Resort, has an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor. This position assists the restaurant managers and Director of Food and Beverage in all facets by supervising the work activities of restaurant staff and ensuring high levels of guest service and product satisfaction. 

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience working in food and beverage and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the restaurant demands. If you have a natural talent for providing outstanding customer service to guests this could be the job for you! 

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising the restaurant staff, which includes recruiting and hiring; to scheduling team members; and to corrective actions. Overall, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to the highest standards. Having is flexible schedule is required.
