About the team and position

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers. 

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.
• Support Logistics Associates (LAs) with daily job functions including leading huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks as needed.
• Process inventory by using RFID scanners and Tablets. Specifically related to specialized inventory types as designated by the leader. 
• Monitor team performance and productivity through KPI reporting, assigning tasks and assisting with tasks. 
• Responsible for Third Party (3P) transactions. This includes both inbound & outbound planned 3P trips. Inspection of inbound receivable inventory from 3P trips, signing off on documentation and creation and submission of support tickets.  
• Manage operational partnership with the Quality Control Team. 
• Assist with facilitation of delayed shipments by working with warehouse and transportation personnel. 
• Management of Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory processes. 
• Assist with communication between Logistics and Market Operations related to operational execution. 
• Support audit of outbound shipping lanes ensuring the planned inventory is transported as scheduled. 
• Maintain Logistics operational supply inventory (VT supplies, LA supplies, Breakroom supplies etc).
• Stage vehicles as needed.
• Assist onsite vendors with directions/access while on site.
• Manage, coordinate and provide oversight for Logistics employee engagement events. 
• Other duties as assigned.

However, the pace is pretty quick around here, so you'll need to be prepared to keep up.

It would be great if you also had

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Must have no more than two moving violations in the last three years or DUI
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
