YOUR OPPORTUNITYJoin our team as a part-time HR Data and Systems Analyst! In this role, you'll manage our HRIS system (BambooHR) and provide data analytics, metrics, and reporting support for the HR team using Excel and Google Suite primarily. WHO YOU ARE
- 2 or more years of proven full-time experience in HRIS administration and HR data analytics, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR is a huge plus) and HR data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of HR processes, data standards, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HR metrics and scorecards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams
- Familiarity with US/EMEA/APAC employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining HR metric scorecards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Manage and administer our HRIS system (BambooHR), including data maintenance, user access management, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests from HR and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs
- Refine and maintain HRIS documentation, including system guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key HR metrics, trends, and KPIs
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and provide insights to support HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations by performing regular data audits and quality checks
- Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS usage, data analytics tools, and reporting best practices
