Performance management is at the core of the Lattice suite. In addition to our core Performance Reviews offering, Lattice offers a suite of Talent Management products to help leaders and HR teams assess, develop and retain talent. This role will lead product development for Talent Management.

What You Will Do 

This role will grow and enhance existing products, as well as launch new features in the Talent space. You’ll work closely with your engineering, design and data science counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is remote and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products. 

• You will  help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects.
• You will synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems.
• You will lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business.
• You will support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market.
• You will define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch.

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has a combination of the following:

• You have 4+ years of  product management experience, ideally working on workflow products within B2B SaaS offerings, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end.
• You have excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers.
• You’re someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands.
• You’re self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
• You have a high attention to detail.
• You have a high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $129,842.00 - $185,249.00. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
