Compensation Range: $82-90k per year
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Applications, the Clinical Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Applications Team, which oversees admissions, care, and collection systems. This position includes managing key Clinical Applications, such as KIPU, while offering strategic solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the company. The manager will also handle system integrations, configurations, and spearhead efforts in system optimization and training across all divisions of the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
This position demands a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude. The ideal candidate should excel at problem-solving, proactively addressing issues, and taking ownership of projects and processes in a timely manner. Additionally:
- Support the Clinical Applications Team, including admissions, care, and collection systems.
- Manage and optimize clinical systems including EMR, and any integrations with admissions, care coordination, billing, and e-prescribing platforms to support behavioral health operations.
- Design custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and compliance functions.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment with clinical and regulatory needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, maintain system documentation, and communicate updates to ensure adoption and compliance.
- Analyze clinical workflows and user requirements, implementing process improvements and scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and care quality.
- Support business growth and expansion, configuring systems for new facilities and programs while maintaining data standards and consistency.
- Update templates, dashboards, and electronic records.
- Manage vendor relationships and track clinical system service requests to resolution.
- Communicate system updates and deliver training to key stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain electronic prescribing access and support system setup for clinical documentation compliance.
- Guide facility recordkeeping and training related to behavioral health data standards.
- Contribute to data-driven projects that inform strategic planning and clinical program development.
- Travel to facility sites as needed to support go-lives, training, support, and system optimization.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare systems or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should ideally have 3-5 years of experience in clinical systems healthcare technology, particularly with KIPU systems administration and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- Strong independent thinking, coupled with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner, is required.
