Overview:
Join the System and Scale Test Team responsible for validating Aruba WLAN products in large-scale, real-world customer scenarios. The role focuses on designing and executing automated tests to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of HPE’s next-generation cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for cloud-scale distributed systems.
• Architect and execute performance, load, stress, and fault-injection tests to validate system resilience.
• Build test scenarios replicating large customer deployments in lab environments and validate both devices and cloud applications end-to-end.
• Develop and execute integration, API, and system-level tests across microservices and containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Implement continuous testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Analyze system logs, telemetry data, and observability metrics to proactively identify and triage issues, raise bugs, and assist in debugging.
• Collaborate closely with development, SRE, and infrastructure teams to embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Automate security testing, API contract validation, and infrastructure testing.
• Participate in diagnosing and resolving critical production issues related to reliability and performance.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-9 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related engineering roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python coding skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Search, New Relic, etc.
• Knowledge of distributed tracing and debugging in cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with GIT, Jira, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience testing containerized applications and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Passion for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
