Do meaningful work in your community. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability in the community to help them reach their full potential.

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will transport clients in your vehicle and participate in community integration activities with them
• You will transport clients on errands and appointments
• You will transport clients and spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities in the community
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals (preferred); If you do not have this experience, paid training is available
• High school diploma or equivalent
