Maintenance Technician (Live-In Position)
Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for a live-in position. Our Maintenance Technicians provide basic mechanical maintenance, janitorial, and grounds care for the site to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and the best living standards possible for our residents. Responsibilities include fulfilling work orders, preparing vacant apartments for re-rental, scheduled cleaning of common areas, seasonal grounds maintenance, painting interiors/apartments, and maintaining utility/mechanical room organization.

This is a live-in role, which requires the technician to reside on-site to better support the property’s maintenance needs, especially during emergencies or off-hours.

A successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of maintenance and repairs and a background in property management. The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.

Position Details:

• Live-in requirement

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• 40 hours per week

• 15 days Paid Time Off

• $18.48 an hour
