Finance & Operations Associate

We are currently looking for a talented Finance & Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support our financial responsibilities and various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and processes. The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact, ensuring efficiency and transparency in all transactions while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

You will split your time & attention to the following:

FINANCE

• Handling our CRM/ERP platforms.

• Data entry for income and expenses logs; preparing and reconciling monthly purchase orders, recording receipts and payments accurately, handling expense reports, process reimbursement & double taxation forms.

• Performing procurement duties such as payments, collection process etc.

• Maintaining digital & physical financial records.

• Participating in quarterly & annual audits.

• Issuing and reconciling invoices for customers & external partners.

• Prepare and update financial reports, maintaining a financial dashboard with key performance indicators (KPIs).

OPERATIONS

• Communicating with internal & external stakeholders (management team, accountants, software vendors etc).

• Handling company tools and subscriptions, ensuring they are up to date and properly managed.

• Managing the company's assets and hardware, ensuring all equipment is maintained and inventoried properly.

• Assisting with HR-related tasks, including maintaining attendance records (coordinating with HR and Accounting department for ERGANI).

• Assisting with tenders.

• Assisting with funding programs.

• Assisting with contracts for contractors, vendors and clients.

Requirements

😇 Who you are.

Maybe you have an academic background in Finance, Economics or Accounting but degrees were never important to us. What matters is having the right mindset and 2-3 years experience in operations finance and/or accounting. For you, being surrounded by invoices and expense reports feels like home. You can handle accounting platforms and internal databases even with your eyes closed.

This is not your typical accounting job! You may need to make presentations, so proficiency in English is a must.

But we don’t only care about what you can do; we also want to know who you are!
