Senior Product Designer

We’re a results-driven team on a mission to demonstrate our product’s direct impact on our customers' earnings. Our focus is showcasing how using our product translates into increased revenue. With expertise in managing reports, mobile app functionalities, and refining onboarding, we're actively developing LiveChat features for a broader audience. We are continuously developing features within the LiveChat product that cater to a broader audience beyond customer support teams, aiming to expand our user base.Recently, we improved the performance of the feature related to personalized messages, targeting the right audience and catching visitors' attention to provide exquisite customer service.We operate within the Shape Up framework, working in 6-week cycles for project completion followed by a 2-week cooldown period.<br/>Who will you be working with?You'll team up with <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/dobrochna-przybylek/">Dobrochna</a>, our leader with a tech background. You'll also work alongside:-Senior Fullstack Engineer Michał: He knows our product inside out and brings a lot of experience.-Junior Engineer Kuba: A newbie eager to learn and grow with us.-Test Automation Engineer Bartek: He makes sure everything runs smoothly by using smart automation. <h3>ABOUT YOUR ROLE</h3> <ul> <li>Your role begins with the selection of upcoming projects, collaborating with the Manager to identify projects that best align with both team and product goals. Then, we move into researching specific projects, gathering data and ideas. We create designs, do iterations, and actively engage in discussions with both the product and design teams, as well as with top-level management (CXO).</li><li>This role involves preparing potential feedback surveys, analyzing gathered data, and contacting users if necessary to gain insight into their needs and expectations. </li><li>In your daily work, you will be using Figma, Beamer, and Sprig as these tools form the basis of our work.</li><li>You will also work with the UX Researcher, who is dedicated to the entire LiveChat product, not solely on one team. Hence, at times, such tasks need to be undertaken by our team.</li><li>You will not be involved in marketing activities or content creation, as we have dedicated teams for these tasks.</li></ul> <h3>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE</h3> <ul> <li>As the ideal candidate, you rely on data but also dig deeper to understand it better. </li><li>You quickly change designs for fast-changing markets and the impact of AI. You're okay without strict rules, using creativity within given ideas. You work well with others' input in a team. </li><li>Being an ideal candidate also means skillfully using design systems, relying on Figma daily, and collaborating smoothly with a team of multiple designers focused on one product. </li><li>And remember - proactivity is key. We expect you to be proactive, come up with ideas, and be ready to collect feedback on your work!</li></ul>
