RELI Group is hiring a solution architect to design, implement, and maintain secure and stable Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions using leading AI technology frameworks. The candidate will align AI use cases with business strategies and key performance indicators and other metrics. The candidate will possess a self-starting attitude and will plan the technical requirements to transition a design into a working solution and have a broad understanding of all system operations, architecture, and relationship to business operations. The candidate will be a key member in our Digital Services organization including establishing and documenting processes for enhancing operational efficiency using AI/ML solutions.
You will be joining a forward-thinking, innovative team that is responsible for building and overseeing public and private servers and network infrastructure in a way that supports key business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AI/ML technical leadership and for delivering an innovative product, service, or combination of products and services that address a customer's specific business problem. Duties may include developing innovative approaches and solutions, using non-quantitative tools and guidelines from experience.
- Research, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for internal initiatives and customer programs.
- Lead the creation of AI architectures with varying frameworks and deployment models to devise and execute AI architecture strategies.
- Be the key liaison between data scientists, data engineers, developers, operations (DevOps, DataOps, and MLOPs) and business leaders to govern and scale AI initiatives.
- Lead key captures and their technical solutions (RFI & RFP responses) and program execution to ensure delivery of differentiated capabilities.
- Identify technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities in mission attainment resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction
- Follow, understand, and implement latest advancements in AI/ML and analytics.
- Serve as the AI/ML architect and subject-matter expert to support marketing and proposal writing efforts, and participate in company webinars, trade shows, and panels.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Demonstrable data science and advanced analytics experience including knowledge of advanced analytic tools such as SAS, R, and Python along with applied mathematics
- Experience in delivering AI/ML/GenAI products
- Multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Work independently, engaging others when needed, to drive work to closure on-time.
- Ability to research government legislation and mandates to formulate the proper solutions based on government protocols.
- Knowledge of the leading GenAI cloud-based offering from AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Knowledge of industry leading LLMs, their key technical features, and the ability to compare and contrast between the LLMs
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills with the willingness to collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams, and able to capture action items and status clearly and concisely.
- Must be willing to travel to the DMV area 10-20%
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Three - five years of relevant experience; significant hands-on work in the area of AI/ML may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant (CAIC) certification or similar industry-recognized AI/ML certification preferred
