About the Role:

The role of the Customer Success Associate is to provide excellent service to our most valued clients, our investors. You will support the management of a portfolio, or portfolios, of single-family homes and small multi-family properties. You should be passionate about real estate, technology and want to use your customer service and communication skills to build a truly next-generation real estate investment and management company.

Location: This position is considered remote, but we would like the ideal candidate to reside in the Las Vegas, NV area. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and outstanding customer service and communication
• Respond to owner’s questions or 3rd party emails pertaining to managed properties.
• Assess, organize, and research owner inquiries to better understand the underlying issue.
• Provide helpful internal notes, links, and custom reports for each case. 
• Schedule tasks for various internal teams to resolve the issue per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or PM instruction.
• Monitor requested tasks from start to finish, providing process updates to the owner.
• Work with internal teams to ensure that property and rental information is accurate and accessible in our system. 
• Build strong virtual relationships with all other Mynd departments and the owners
• Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Property Management Team
• Legal discovery for Investor Claims

Qualifications:

• Must have proven customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Understanding and ability to interpret various financial statements & basic accounting is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative on projects and tasks. 
• Passion for seeing other people succeed.
• Desire to learn and continuously seek improvement.
• Must have reliable internet access.
• Must be fluent in English with impeccable grammar & written communication skills.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
