Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Compensation: $21-$28/hr

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 2 years direct experience required.
• DealerTrack experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with retail deals required, new & wholesale preferred.
• Basic accounting principles.
• Experience maintaining and cleaning accounting schedule.
• Effective inter-department communication.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities 

• Processes & post vehicle sales/F&I deals for accuracy and compliance. 
• Reconcile Finance Reserve Statements.
• Manage specific weekly and monthly schedules (pending, reserve, and inventory schedules).
• Assist with daily operational tasks and projects.
• Support auditing and accounting oversight across multiple locations.
• Assist with month end close.
• Maintain financial records by entering accurate data into DMS.
• Other duties as assigned. 

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
