Technical Recruiter (contract)

Looking for a technical recruiter to work our position for about 12 weeks, could turn into a hire.

Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and more.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting platforms and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience with technical recruiting is required.
• Experience using Microsoft suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
