Your Mission

• Drive growth through metrics by proactively identifying, collecting, and analyzing key user engagement, satisfaction, and financial metrics to inform data-driven decisions that grow revenue and reduce risk.
  
• Anticipate and neutralize threats by proactively identifying potential system vulnerabilities and third-party service risks, and implementing contingency plans and backup systems for rapid recovery.
  
• Elevate user experiences by maintaining and improving our web platform (WordPress, Beaver Builder, LearnDash, MemberPress) to ensure a polished, intuitive experience for over 5,000 annual users.
  
• Support content and client communication workflows using tools like Drip (email automation), Stripe & PayPal (billing), Cloudflare (security and speed), and Vimeo (course hosting).
  
• Test and experiment—launch A/B tests, interpret results, and apply findings to improve user conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  
• Automate excellence by using AI and automation tools (like n8n, bots, ChatGPT) to create internal efficiencies, support users, and speed up decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with purpose by partnering with educators to transform technical content into compelling courses and resources.
  
• Bonus if you bring video editing or graphic design skills, but they're not a must—we care more about your strategic thinking and systems expertise.
  

Who You Are

• An A-player: quality-obsessed, optimistic, resourceful, and gritty with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  
• A WordPress expert with deep, hands-on experience building and optimizing complex WordPress sites. Our entire platform runs on WordPress, so we need someone who doesn't just "know" WordPress, but has lived and breathed it through multiple projects and can troubleshoot issues in their sleep.
  
• A data alchemist who loves designing tests, interpreting results, and translating numbers into growth strategies.
  
• Ownership-driven—you don't shy away from accountability and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  
• Technically strong (CSS overrides, database tweaks, WordPress front/back end development) and business-minded (can interpret performance metrics and suggest improvements).
  
• A strategic communicator with strong English skills who collaborates well and makes work fun for others.
  
• An AI pioneer who's already built a few bots or automated workflows (e.g. n8n) because, let's face it, you know that's where the industry is headed and you've been experimenting on your own anyway.
  
• Someone who anticipates problems before they happen and plans accordingly.
