If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.</span></p></div><p>We are currently seeking a full-time <strong>Environmental Project Manager/DoD Task Order Manager</strong> (8-10 years), with a strong hydrogeologic background and experience in the environmental consulting field join our team in our Pensacola, FL office. </p> <p>As an Environmental Project Manager, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><strong><em>In this role, you will:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Write and review technical reports, work plans, sampling plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Interface with clients and regulatory agencies, providing strategic guidance, presenting findings, and supporting negotiations.</li> <li>Utilize advanced groundwater models to support site characterization and remediation/optimization strategies.</li> <li>Interpret hydrogeologic data and synthesize field and analytical results to support reporting, risk assessments, remedial design, and regulatory decision-making.</li> <li>Leading technical teams working across multiple offices throughout the country, problem-solving, preparing plans and specifications, and meeting with clients and subcontractors. </li> <li>Perform statistical evaluations, background studies, and associated reporting.</li> <li>Projects could include CERCLA Remedial Investigations, mitigation, and response; in situ/ex-situ groundwater remediation and implementation; soil remediation system design and implementation; and remediation system operation, maintenance, and optimization. </li> <li>Oversee staff and project scientists to assess remedial sites</li> <li>Drive hydrogeology-related initiatives to completion with clear accountability.</li> <li>Lead project teams in developing conceptual site models and conducting contaminant fate and transport evaluations.</li> <li>Oversee the quality assurance/quality control of deliverables pertaining to projects and tasks self-managed, as well as projects and tasks managed by others. </li> <li>Work well with dynamic project teams and mentor junior staff. </li> </ul> <
