As a Senior Manager you will help shape the future and accelerate growth for Starbucks Licensed Coffeehouse business by turning bold ideas into real-world experiences. You will lead the development of new capabilities, formats and solutions bringing concepts to life from early discovery through pilot and into scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution where you’ll test, learn and build what’s next alongside cross functional partners.

As a senior manager, New Business Venture, you will…

  • Identify and shape high-potential opportunities, building business cases that unlock new formats and capabilities for the future of the business
  • Own and drive business initiatives end to end, from discovery and concepting through operationalization, pilot and scale
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams such as Data/Analytics, Account Management, Product, Design, Marketing, Technology and Finance to drive alignment and bring ideas to market
  • Build scalable frameworks and playbooks that enable the organization to adopt, execute and grow initiatives with clarity and consistency
     

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, corporate innovation, business development, consulting, or related fields
  • A proven track record of owning and scaling business initiatives from concept through execution and growth
  • Strong strategic, financial, and operational problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in highly ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Strong execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and delivering recommendations to senior leadership
  • A builder's mindset that blends curiosity, continuous learning, resourcefulness, and a strong bias for action
