What You’ll Do
Clarkston’s Training and Change Management (TCM) Senior Consultants assist clients in multiple areas related to Organizational Development. This includes analysis, design and implementation of programs for Communications Planning and Management, Organizational Change Management and Training.
- Work with client stakeholders to determine strategy, schedule, budget, resource management, issue resolution, risk management, status reporting, program delivery and validation
- Supporting technology implementations as well as business and cultural changes
- Lead the development of Training, Communications, and Change Management solutions from requirements gathering to implementation
- Conduct strategic workshops engaging both client leadership and operational staff to assess needs and determine implementation strategies
- Develop and edit module content, materials and media to support the overall project goals and objectives, reviewing deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design
- Identify and shape opportunities to provide or create additional client value
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of project teams
- Advise clients on industry processes and standards as necessary

Travel Requirement
Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 30-50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19 restrictions, all non-essential travel has been limited and any on-site requests are subject to review. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
An ideal Training and Change Management Senior Consultant candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in delivery of Training and Change Management programs, ideally including consulting experience
- Three (3) years of experience supporting business process and systems implementations for manufacturing clients
- Superlative interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of client leadership
- Possess excellent presentation skills and ease at presenting to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
- Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present and write at publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
- Achievement oriented and entrepreneurial
- Minimum degree requirement: bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline
