Fraud Officer

We are looking for a fraud officer who is responsible for detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activities within our organization. The fraud officer plays a vital role in safeguarding the company's financial interests and reputation by identifying and analyzing potential fraudulent transactions, patterns, or behaviors. The primary focus is on monitoring and investigating suspicious activities to minimize financial losses and maintain the integrity of Batopin.

 The fraud officer is responsible for detecting, preventing, and mitigating internal and external fraudulent activities affecting Batopin, by:

-          Identifying potential fraud risks;

-          Analysing the impact and likelihood of potential fraud risks;

-          Defining and implementing fraud prevention strategies;

-          Detecting and monitoring fraud attempts;

-          Providing fraud awareness and training.

 

You need to

·       Be customer oriented.

·       Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree or have a relevant experience in a service management or financial domain, more specifically with knowledge of payments, cards, ATMs etc.

·       Be fluent in Dutch/French (at least one of the two) and English.

·       Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent listening skills.

·       Have a good feeling for details and quality.
