Technical Sourcer - Dragonfly Portfolio

Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. Our Talent team supports recruiting efforts across our portfolio by connecting strong candidates with the most ambitious teams in crypto.
This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We are actively helping hire a Technical Sourcer for multiple portfolio companies.
What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer
• Ability to find and engage various levels and profiles of talent
• Be able to evaluate and connect talent to multiple companies in our portfolio
• Track record of building long-term relationships with candidates, founders, and recruiters
• Experience with producing talent market maps, dossiers, and reports
• Consistently maintain data integrity and have the ability to work independently

Process:

• We’ll confidentially match you with one or more portfolio companies based on your background and interests.
• If mutual interest exists, we’ll facilitate warm introductions to relevant teams.
• If there isn’t a fit today, we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities across our portfolio.

Our portfolio companies are globally distributed, hiring for remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide. They’re building across the entire crypto ecosystem - including DeFi, CeFi, infrastructure, L1s and L2s, creator and consumer applications, NFTs, ZK, Crypto x AI, and more.
