White Oak Manor Charlotte is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to fill our current open Nursing positions. Nurses will assess patient/resident care needs and assists in implementing appropriate action. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.

Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

PURPOSE:

To recruit, screen and admit applicants to the Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center to create an efficient, warm, and inviting atmosphere whereby potential residents and their legal representative are appropriately educated and informed of the admission process assisting in the transition of the resident into the facility. To promote the facility to the medical and general community by personal contact, media, presence at community events and attend promotions
