The Kirby Risk Service Center, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of electrical wiring and control panels.


What You’ll Do as a Quality Specialist
In this role, you’ll work with the Quality Management team in developing, implementing, and documenting quality standards and procedures that support production

You’ll:
• Perform data entry of quality systems information
• Facilitate training to production employees
• Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment and inspection of products.
• Collaborates with customers and suppliers on quality improvement
• Documents and analyzes information for product and process improvement
• Reads, interprets, and understands prints and specifications
• Inspects product equipment and production processes


What Makes You a Great Fit
• College degree in technology or related field or 3+ years experience in Quality Systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
• Continuous learner that can apply new knowledge & skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office


What to Expect in This Role
• Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
• Travel occasionally for training or customer visits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
