Medical Assistant

Location: East Asheville Family Health CarePosition: Medical AssistantJob Type: Full-time Salary: $34,000 – 45,000 annually
We are seeking a Medical Assistant for an innovative Primary Care Physicians’ office in Black Mountain. Patients are primarily adults. Applicants should have two years of experience in a medical office setting. LPN or Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Please send resume with cover letter via email.
You will serve as the right hand of their provider in providing excellent care for the whole person and treat each patient as if they are the most important person in the practice. Excellent customer service is a must.
Medical specialties: Internal Medicine; Primary Care Schedule: 10 hour shift; Day shift; Monday to Friday: Monday Through Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and every other Friday from 8 am to 1 pm; No weekends

Skills Required:

• Vital sign measurement
• Taking medical history
• Performing CLIA waived labs
• Injections
• Able to adapt to changing environments
• Able to learn new skills and methods
