We are seeking a results-oriented Accounting Supervisor with a strong background in managing full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Adept at leading teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations.


In This Role, You Will:
• Managing and validating the monthly and year-end close processes across various entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Developing and reviewing journal entries and detailed account analyses.
• Directing the preparation and submission of comprehensive federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Investigating and interpreting complex accounting and tax regulations to guide decision-making.
• Implementing and monitoring internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Assist with property tax assessments and payments.

Your Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead accounting role preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local tax preparation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Pro-Series or equivalent tax software preferred.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Your Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
