Software Engineer - Customer Experience Analytics (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

You will join the AI Ops team within the Customer Experience Analytics division. This team's main goal is to enhance our AI infrastructure and create innovative GenAI-powered applications, accelerating our journey towards understanding and improving customer experience. We are part of the customer care organization, putting us in a unique position to understand and address customer issues better and faster than any other team. You will empower various teams across the entire organization to utilize AI capabilities, ensuring a continuously improving experience for our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure for GenAI applications, a pivotal asset that will be utilized to enhance and streamline operations comprehensively. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Building and maintaining infrastructure for GenAI-powered applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.

• Technical Expertise: You possess a proven track record of writing effective code. You demonstrate a profound understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. You are a staunch advocate of clean code, robust automated testing, and continuous improvement, driven by a passionate commitment to these ideals. You excel in Python and have experience with generative AI. Skills in Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Kafka-like queues are highly valued.
