Customer Program Manager

Responsible for ensuring end to end program management related to NXP's products with a focus on NFC, Secure Element combo chips for mobile devices. Architect and manage device requirements and certification for solutions with NFC, eUICC, UWB and Security technology. Drive delivery of new products from concept and definition phases, through execution development of hardware and software solutions, to final production ramp up of the system solution. Interact with lead customers and funnel customer requirements to large multidisciplinary engineering teams in order to provide technical support to customers during all phases of product life cycle. Partner with the customers and internal organization’s R&D, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables. Collaborate with the global R&D team to achieve on time delivery with world class levels of quality. Anticipate and overcome issues to positively impact key financial metrics including gross margin and EBITDA. 10% travel required to Europe.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Innovation and Management, Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent, or related field.
Five (5) years of experience required in job offered, RF System Engineer, Technical Project Lead, Measurement Engineer, or related occupation.
Required skills:
Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following specific skills:
- Measurement Campaigns (Characterization PVT),
- RF Compliance (Standardization) Testing
- SCM (Specification Compliance Matrix) Validation Specifications
- Tracking of Project Deliverables and weekly Reporting
- Result Tracking for contactless/RF validation activities; and
- KPI/Datasheet Parameter Testing.
Offered salary: $204,901 per year
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
