Entry-Level Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional sales events and marketing campaigns.
• Support senior management in daily operations and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Proven leadership abilities and a desire to grow within the company.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• Previous experience in management, marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Must be willing to start at an entry level and work your way up.
